PAID VIBRATIONS
released at the hunting house art gallery (link) When a user dropped change into a bucket it would fall through a series or rubber bands which vibrations were controlling and creating synth sounds and visuals. a pre recorded voice saying things such as “give me all your money” would also play back when the rubber bands were activated. Here is sample video and audio that would play back in response to the user inserting coins into the bucket.
“Give me all your money”
“Go get more money from your car”
“You’ll probably by something stupid with it anyway”

electric instrument as controller
Using a vibration as an input through electric instruments to create and control visuals using direct input. guitar > midi
“Ball Control” was and interactive installation which allows a user to control digital visuals and sounds while using a pink soccer ball as the controller. It is a program created in Isadora using a laptop, projector, wiimote and foam soccer ball.
Placed inside the ball is the wii mote which tracks things like the x,y,z and rotation axis's and as well the velocity. The different ways the ball is kicked, thrown bounced or spun control different effects to the audio and sound presented on the computer screen or projector. Hopefully soon I will have a video reel of the project in use.

WORK IN PROGRESS
Beach ball to be thrown into a large audience with wireless cameras looking out which send video signal to a vj’s mixing station to be projected and mixed.
Beach ball with miniature projector set inside which receives wireless video signal from a vj’s computer. (see photo below)
